Courier Service

Delivery of ordered products is handled by the courier service Overseas Express and is available exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Delivery Cost

Delivery to all locations across Croatia costs 5 euros for orders up to 99.99 euros. For orders over 100 euros, delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. The delivery time may be longer for island regions, areas with special delivery regimes, or in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Handling Damaged Packages

If the package is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of being opened, please refuse to accept the shipment.

If you notice damage after receiving the package, inform us as soon as possible via email or phone call.
