The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of users and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the buyer. As a buyer, you are bound by the terms in effect at the time of purchase. When placing an order (purchase request), you will be reminded of these terms and required to confirm your acknowledgment. All disputes arising from the use of the online store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the seller's registered office.

Ordering Process

Clicking the "Add to cart" button adds the selected product to your cart. Adding products to the cart does not constitute a reservation or order. You may continue shopping or review your cart by clicking "View cart" or proceed to "Checkout" to enter your personal and delivery information. After entering your details, you will select the delivery and payment methods (if multiple options are available).

At the final step, you can review your order details once more. You can complete your order only after confirming that you have read and accepted the terms and privacy policy.

Contract Conclusion

The contract of sale concluded via the online store is governed by legal provisions in accordance with the principles and directives of the European Union. Conclusion of the contract via the online store constitutes a distance contract.

Displaying goods in the online store does not constitute a binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Order with payment obligation" button, you send us a purchase request (order) with a payment obligation for the items in your cart.

We will immediately send a confirmation email upon receipt of your request. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order or conclusion of the contract.

We may accept your request (order) within two days and notify you by email. Upon receiving this acceptance notice, the contract is considered concluded.

Prices are stated in euros and include VAT as required by law.

The contract is concluded in the Croatian language.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute amicably. However, you have the right to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution by submitting a complaint to the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and/or a proposal for mediation to the Mediation Center of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

We will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably; if that is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction, applying Croatian law.

Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute with the seller, the buyer may also file a complaint with the European Commission via the online dispute resolution platform.
