Composite fin blades are manufactured in a high-pressure press, reaching 15kg/cm2. This process allows for precise control of the amount of resin in the product with 100% accuracy and reliability. Each blade is independently milled by CNC and the folding process is completed using an exclusive thermo-forming system with a controlled tempering of the material. This system delivers consistency and unbeatable durability, particularly in the flexion area of the blade. The Fiberglass blades are constructed in a material that is impregnated with a proprietary-formulated resin, making it especially responsive, lightweight, and high performing. The fiberglass blades are compressed in a unique layering process that achieves maximum performance while reducing muscle fatigue over periods of extended use.
